AP Tourism Hotel - HARITHA

It was a good hotel but I gave 3 stars because food was not available after 9 and we reached there at 9:30 we had to eat food in trishul restaurant and the floor of the room was full of dust and dirt, tv was there but not working but the bed was very comfortable and the couches were the attraction of the room. The hotel is at a good location. The mallikaarjuna temple is at walking distance. So it's good to live there if come for 1 day and 1 night for visiting the temple.

This hotel is situated at a walking distance from Shri Mallikarjun Devasthanam. This is being newly constructed, so work was still in progress. Rooms are very good, but mattress should be of good quality. They are getting food from outside since there is no kitchen setup as of now. Though the food is good. Property also provides limited complimentary breakfast, quality needs to be improved. A big turnoff is absence of lifts, which will be inconvenient for the elderly.

The most annoying thing about this govt hotel is the unavailability of lift. I wonder how they thought senior citizens would reach the room as they have 3 floors and knowing the fact that this place would attract old age people. Kindly negotiate for rooms on ground/first floor if you are along with senior citizens. They do have an open area old school buffet with paid breakfast and lunch for around 150rs per person. Location wise this is the best hotel to stay at with ample parking space and hardly fee metres from the sri sailam temple and market adjoining it. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with clean washrooms. The staff are polite and helpful.

No elevator (no lift) for old people. Harita resort surroundings are untidy, so much waste is accumulated around the building. Rooms are good. And about the complementary breakfast, per room 4 persons are allowed, 2 adults and 2 children, complementary breakfast is only given to only two people (any two), remaining 2 people have to either purchase the breakfast or eat out. Food is good. Towels are not provided in the room.

No room service. 6 Reception staff is rude. 7 quality of food is bad ||Booking Experience: ||Firstly We contacted the property for booking. We were given rate of 3890/- per room for 2 Executive rooms plus taxes. We told the person that on best bus same room is available nearly for 2700/- including taxed. Then person agreed and share us link for payment. When I was supposed to make payment I got some doubt . So the I checked the mobile number attached with the link I found that same was of some different person . Thus I did not booked the Roos by making payment on that room. Letter on I booked rooms on line from best Bus . I got proper APTDC voucher. I think the local staff is taking unaccounted booking and allotting the rooms without bringing on record of PTDC. ||Breakfast: |We were informed that breakfast is limited |. We will be given only 2 ideli 1 Vada and 1 spoon Upma and one small cup of tea or coffee. It was also informed that this is as per local management. All passengers then shouted on the manager. When breakfast is free then why restrictions. Some staff told us privately that local managers are making money out of this by providing limited breakfast . No Fruits wear available . Spread of breakfast is hopeless . ||Room maintenance ||Inspite of Booking Executive room bed shuts were not clean. No cover bed sheet for blankets. No towels were provided. We were informed that after CORONAVIRUS as per orders towels are not provided

We were given two AC rooms. In room No.211 flush was leaking though it was a new jaguar fitting installed. No response. Everywhere flies filled. Approach road from main road is very bad and to dining area it's very very bad. Cleaning staff demands money when you vacate the rooms. Better to avoid this hotel for time being

Our government is so irresponsible. They don't even change the fraudulent phone number from Google maps. I have raised them and RFI to understand, what are the measures they have taken to control this resort fake number fraud, it happened 6 months ago, but still no reply for my RFI. Everyone feels like they are god in India and unaccountable.

AC and Non AC rooms available in medium budget price but worthy rooms, temple is Just near 400m, room service were somewhat poor. they won't respond to your requirements, food is also available rice items and tiffins available, overall it's a good choice to Book rooms. Morning breakfast provide by them was very poor quality. We have taken the dinner but the quality of the food was not taste worthy. The behaviour of the staff was not good. As per stay purpose the rooms are nice Clean and very near to Temple Just 5 minutes walk.
