SR GRAND PARK REGENCY

Tariff is little expensive for a very small town like Samalkot but I understood later after checking in that if we directly book through the hotel it is about 25% lesser than booking through third party like a MMT or Cleartrip. Room sizes are quite small but good enough for a night stay.

1.Parking is the biggest issue.|2. Rooms have fans and AC which works as just one temperature and speed|3. Only single water bottle for 1 room|4. Restaurant is for name sake. Food items are less than actual menu|5. Price is much hire than its value

Service was worst I have never seen so negligent staff but the price is too high for this price usually hotels provide complimentary break fast as well here they give nothing we stayed here in winter and had to leave early to temple but they did not even provide hot water after asked upon they told that heater is on and when checked it was off then they switched it on. my mother suffered a lot to bath in ice cold water. There is no drinking water as well very commercial hotel after experiencing all these I personally does not prefer going there again

Stayed here for a whole week.... Most negligent staff ever.... Very disrespectful towards the customers..... Had to wait for more than an hour for water..... Room furnishings are fine but the fixtures are a nightmare.... Water for bathing is very bad.... Had an allergic reaction on the skin.... Hotel management cutting corners in every possible way.... Unless it's an emergency, I would definitely not recommend to stay here...

I never experienced this amazing hospitality in my life

The room was clean and neat. Bathroom was too small and inconvenient. Service is also good, there is rooftop hotel.

No proper maintenance. Restaurant is only name sake.two beds are simply converted as Three beds.Reception hall is stinking.They have to improve.
