Horrible experience!!! The room was not spacious at all. The washroom was in the worst condition. And The Staff? I don't even wanna talk bout it- My stay here was a nightmare... We had to extend our room for 5-6 hours coz of our train... In the end- we got no response, called them 3 times and when we were checking out, the owner's behaviour was unbelievably rude... There's no ventilation in the room because of which, our stay there became worse.

All things are best on my visit. I recommend visiting. Clean room and bathroom and hot water availability. lift facility is also available. You can walk from the railway station to the hotel. If you don't have heavy luggage. And the hotel has two entrances.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. The attention to detail and level of service provided by the staff were truly outstanding. The stay is not less than a nightmare for us, starting with no supply of hot water in the rooms, no one takes the accountability of issues here... when we say no hot water in room, then he says fill and throw 5buckets of water.. then you will get the hot water and bedsheets are really dirty with lot of marks and hair, room is full of dust and we travelled with kids and they couldn't even sleep properly the room charges that we paid is a total waste of money adding to it is a useless support staff that are here for nothing. All they know is yes - I listen to your problem, he doesn't have any solution With this ridiculous management they cannot even survive in this business

The management behaviour is pathetic. There is close to negligible room service. The bedsheets are extremely dirty and they don't even listen to us when we asked him to change the sheet. Overall pathetic experience and pathetic and poor customer service

Located near to Renigunta Junction Easy to access from Railway station and bus stand, Check-in and Check-out process was too good and simple. Very nice and polite staff, best Hotel to stay in Renigunta...Overall experience Good
