I recently stayed at Casa Woods Resorts, and overall, it was a memorable and mostly enjoyable experience, with a few hiccups that are worth mentioning. Starting with the restaurant, the food quality itself was decent, and the menu had a fair range of options. However, the service left something to be desired. While some of the restaurant staff were polite, a few servers were noticeably unwelcoming and inattentive. Unfortunately, there was a significant issue during one of our meals -- we were served non-vegetarian food instead of the vegetarian dish we had ordered, which was quite upsetting. When we brought it to their attention, the response was not just dismissive but also came with unreasonable excuses, which was disappointing for a place of this standard. That being said, the accommodation side of Casa Woods was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with well-functioning air conditioning and 24/7 hot water. The interiors had a cozy yet modern vibe, making the stay very comfortable. The housekeeping and front desk staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, creating a welcoming environment that made us feel at ease throughout the stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the evening campfire setup in the garden area. It was beautifully arranged with good music playing in the background, giving guests a chance to unwind and socialize under the stars. The lawn was well-maintained, and the atmosphere during the evening was just perfect for relaxation. In conclusion, Casa Woods Resorts has a lot of positives -- especially the accommodation, staff, cleanliness, and ambiance. However, there's room for improvement in the restaurant service and staff attitude. If they can address these issues, it would truly be a five-star experience. Still, I would consider coming back, especially for the warm hospitality and peaceful setting.

Excellent place to stay and enjoy during your travelling experience in Aruku. Excellently located in a peaceful area. The resort has a beautiful area to have breakfast, lunch, dine and enjoy with you family or friends surrounded by tall trees, plants and flowers with a cool atmosphere even in summers. Excellent maintainance, comfortable, clean and beautiful rooms, perfect for photoshoots. Good food.

Rooms are awesome. Big room available with AC and Non-Ac. They provided you with water heaters. Near to Highway and close to main centre. 10-15 min near by attraction. I think it a new build .. Rooms are clean .. you will get a car and bike parking. Have in house restaurant. Food are awesome both with price and quantity wise. Enjoyed the stay. BREAKFAST IS COMPLIMENTARY

The hotel is located after crossing the main market of Araku Valley. Pros- The location is peaceful with good food available at decent price. Staff behaviour is also good. Cons - The only negative point is there is no option for hot shower in the standard AC room,which I found bit odd, although there is geyser in bathroom. So if you want to take hot shower you have to use the bucket.

Overall, I would highly recommend Casa Woods for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Araku Valley. The hotel is situated in a beautiful area with stunning views, and the staff were very helpful in recommending local activities. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had stay. Food was good and great value for money and service.

Well maintained premises and has good ambience. Cooperative and well mannered staff. Bedding materials and bathrooms are clean and donot stink nor have dirty look. Had really good sleep during my 2 nights stay. Highly recommended for couples or family who needs safe, clean and pleasant stay experience. There is enough parking space and a restaurant which serves good food.

I loved stay with my family here in Casa woods. They are very friendly and rooms were very clean with delicious food. Especially for my kid they gave me hot water kettle as well. My suggestion Araku best place to stay.

Casa Wood Hotel is very beautiful with lots of green trees all around and a large area. They have their own restaurant and the food in the restaurant is delicious. Every room in the hotel is clean and the bathroom is also nice and clean.
