OYO 84039 Tirumala Grand

I have booked a room in the hotel. While I'm checking-in, the reception guy told me that all rooms were booked. I paid the entire amount before itself. He asked me to talk to the Oyo guys and he can't give a room to me. He was so rude and irresponsible. Guys don't even think about staying here. Instead take ratna lodge which is near by. This hotel management gave me a terrible time.

It was worst experience in this hotel,owner at mid of night knocking the room n asking for payment as they don't have enough patience to wait till morning also ,it was really scary moment as I was with my family ,I wanted to give zero star

Pictures on the website are misleading. Place is not suitable for decent stay. I was denied of refund when I declined to say. Beware of such tricks from make my trip and OYO
