Hotel Sitara Grand

I recently stayed at this hotel for just one night with my family, and it was a disappointing experience. The rooms felt quite old and were far from clean. Upon checking in, I found that the bedsheets had been used before; they were covered in hair and had various stains. I requested a change, but the replacement sheets weren't any better--they looked unwashed and were wrinkled. The bathrooms left much to be desired as well; there was a persistent drip from one of the taps that kept us awake all night. The staff were polite, but since I only stayed for one night, I didn't make use of any services. The photos provided on the site are very old pictures and the hotel is nothing like it is shown.

The quality of room seemed poor. The bedsheets and towels looked unwashed and even the flush was not working properly. The staff doesn't help with the luggage or clean the room. But you get hot water throughout and ac quality was good. The manager is nice but most of the staff are uncouth and constantly keeping an eye on you.

3rd class restaurant. Today only we went for dinner. So crowded. After placing order , it took them 45 min to deliver the food. No place to sit or stand. Food was of very poor quality

It was a terrible experience. The room was in poor condition, clearly due to lack of maintenance.The room was full of mosquitoes, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. It's unacceptable for a hotel to have such poor upkeep and pest issues. I would not recommend staying here unless they seriously improve their maintenance and pest control.

Stayed in the hotel for few hours before waiting for bus departure. The rooms were decent and could get booking over call. Staff was courteous. Hotel is in walkable distance to Godavari ghats and near to RTC complex.

We reached Rajahmundry by train at 5am, to attend some function. We booked this hotel to relax for few hrs and fresh up and get ready for function. We reserved this hotel 1 week before without paying any advance. They are kind enough to reserve room for us. Neat and clean room and good enough for 2 people stay with neat bathroom. Paid 1000 for 1 day., non-AC room.

We have visited the hotel sithara grand for a holiday and we felt very happy with the warm gesture from the staff and we had a lot of fun by visiting the most popular places in rjy with a friendly budget because it was a prime location to access all the places very easily. It has a very beautiful furniture and looking a peaceful stay at hotel sitara Grand I highly recommend and appreciated the whole team of sithara
