Central Stay

Rooms are okay, no hot water. Trash is no cleaned so floor was stinking.

Rooms are maintained well. Good ambience. Very Hygienic. Very supportive staff. Immediate response even at late night hours. Tea/Coffee/Cool drinks/Water bottles available round the clock. Above all washrooms are maintained very well. Request the management to take all necessary steps to ensure the same quality is maintained throughout because we have witnessed in many Hotels ... they maintain well initially but later the quality deteriorate. We have stayed here several times in November, December, February and March during our visit to Rajahmundry

A very bad experience really felt uncomfortable they charged me 1700 for a double bed room that was too much. u pay for double and u get queen size bed overpriced at least Oyo room hotels give better facilities and service and that's pocket friendly too and the same room that i booked at Central stay u get it for 800 or 1000 with good facilities in hyderabad.central stay pls look into this

Starting with location, it's perfect, it's 15mins drive from Railway station , and in the quiet place, in front of the CTRI centre. -> Coming to cleanliness it's neat and clean and everyday it's been clean every room. -> Coming to room space it's small literally it's small, a single room is for only single person that's it. -> Ventilation..? They don't know what it's seem. They don't even have exhaust in washroom even. -> They do have AC, TV, and Wifi, though but since the room is small and without a single ventilation it'll feel suffocating. -> Staffs aren't very good in talking it's they just do business that's it. They don't know how to treat the customer, soon they learn, better it'll be. Overall with price and all other things on the table, it's not worth if you have other options. Thanks

WE ARE VERY HAPPY & COMFORTABLE WITH THIS HOTEL. HOTEL STAFF ARE NICE PERSONS.

The most pathetic experience ever had with the management. The owner of the lodge was so rude with us and he doesn't know the value of customer satisfaction. We stayed here for a day initially and we had TV issue, nor the services for channels were recharged and when we asked for the same, they dragged this whole day long and was not provided and next day it's just the same and later we were asked to move to other room. And here is the worst part ever, they hide the AC remotes and when asked for the same, owner responds saying AC remotes will not be provided as we wouldn't know how to operate. Such a pathetic and disrespectful worst experience with the owner. I have no complaints regarding the rooms or service offered by the middlemen. Thanks . Please do visit and have a stay here only if you are ready to loose your self respect.

The prices they are charging for the room is higher than usual, u guys are charged 1710/- for just 7hrs stay even for that price we can stay 24hrs in other hotels and even after charging that much amount u guys are not even providing water bottle in rooms and also charging 30/- per water bottle? Even the room are smaller especially room no : 201 I don't about other rooms in hotel but 201 is smaller
