Sri Sai Baba Residency

Location is okay near bus stand though too much noise and costly for suit room. More like a lodge than hotel. No breakfast available or complimentary water bottle. Current is passing to water taps through geyser as there is problem of earthing. Receptionist is rude and starts shouting if you ask for clean towel or bedsheet. Cleaning is okay but linens are changed after 3 days. Clean towels are not provided.

It's a very poor and worst Hotel with very unprofessional Staff specially Mr. CHARAN the Receptionist who doesn't even know how to talk to the customers and completely misbehaved with us and not even ready to Show all the rooms and fulfill his duties. Respecting customers is the Main motto of any service which I could not see in this Hotel. Please don't choose this Hotel anymore.

I had a wonderful experience at Alia Massage Home Service. The staff was professional and courteous, and the massage was top-notch. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of some pampering.

A recently opened property with spacious rooms, a triple occupancy room and around 10 double bed rooms available. 3 of them non-AC and the rest of them had AC. Out of the 7 rooms we had booked 2 AC did not work, there is no 24/7 front desk which was a let down but the location of property and size makes it a better choice in kuppam. Staff were good, no restaurant on premise and the lift is not provisioned yet and you have to climb 2 floors on steel stairs.

I regret to say that my experience with the service was disappointing. Throughout my stay, I encountered several instances of slow response times, unprofessional behaviour by receptionist they don't have bedsheets and towels stock not changing even in 3 days worst experience ever in Kuppam area not good option for stay.

Sai Baba Residency is very Good Location, its located in NH 219... staffs are giving vry good respect and behaved with friendly Nature, given a good service and Spacious Rooms, Good Parking, TV'S and AC'S are Good working condition, toilets and Rooms are Good Maintenance, total 14 Rooms available 8 AC Rooms 4 Non AC Rooms and 2 Rooms are AC'S with spacious 3Beds, not Bad Actually I was Satisfied...

The residency is in 2nd floor which makes it difficult to carry the luggage. Lift construction is still in progress. Rooms were pretty good and spacious.
