RRR HOMESTAY

I recently stayed at RRR Homestay for my 5-day trip to Tirumala, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after long days of sightseeing and temple visits. The location is convenient for anyone visiting Tirumala, with easy access to local amenities. However, there's room for improvement in terms of cleanliness in shared areas like the bathrooms and kitchen, as we did notice a few spider webs. Additionally, having an attender available during peak hours would make it even more convenient for guests. Overall, RRR Homestay provided great value and comfort for the price, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Tirumala.

We recently stayed at RRR HomeStay during our 2-day visit to Tirumala, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The house is located in a very peaceful area, away from the noise, providing a quiet and relaxing environment. The facilities were top-notch - from the air conditioning that kept the rooms cool, to the water filtration system that ensured we always had access to clean drinking water. The house was spotless, with all the rooms being exceptionally clean and tidy, making it feel like home from the moment we arrived. The hot water was available throughout our stay, which made freshening up easy after a long day. Plus, the house had great ventilation, so it never felt stuffy or uncomfortable. Overall, RRR HomeStay exceeded our expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained place to stay in Tirupati.

We were a group of 18 travelling to Tirupati. Location is next to collector office, Tiruchanur. Very accommodating houses in each floor provided with all basic facilities along with refrigerator, induction stove, additional mattresses are provided. Owner is very understanding and can arrange flexible check-in and check-out timings.

We were 15 Adults and 7 Kids stayed for three days and two nights. Location is 8 km away from both stations. As it's connected to Tirupati highway, auto easily available. Four AC bedrooms with attached bathroom with geyser. 3 Adults can sleep in one bed. Homestay has three floors, we book ground and first floor. Each floor has ample space to accommodate people. Each Hall has sofa and extra mattress. Nearby food options are available but costly, will suggest to use swiggy. Kitchen equipped with induction, fridge and filter . Host Sagar is very helpful, very prompt for any request. No water and power cut issues. Highly recommended for big families. Second floor room is sufficient for family of 5/7. It has separate kitchen.

We booked one 2BHK and one 1BHK on top of it , they provided extra mattresses, blankets and pillows, that was very useful. Price : The price was reasonable. About the Rooms: Clean and Neat, Nicely furnished. About the amenities: They have all major amenities such as TV,AC,WiFi, Water heater and Water Purifier. They provided few basic kitchen utensils with induction stove which was very useful for us. About the location: It is located on the bypass road near collector office. Commute to the city and near by places like srikalahasthi was seamless. It is about 5km from railway station, which I felt very useful as I had to drive to railway station in the middle of the night. About the Host: Sekhar and Vamshi, they were polite and friendly and offered suggestion to plan my two days trip properly. I thank them for it. Overall a good experience. Can recommend to anyone visiting Tirupati.

Stayed with family of 6ppl on a weekends, below are my few comments, 1. New building with 3floors, located next to district collector office on the high way. 2. Decent rooms and basis utensils available in kitchen. 3. Cleaning should be very much improved. 4. Automatic motor should be kept, since there is no person appointed in the homestay. 5.Guests needs to go and switch on the motor. since there is no dedicated person available for help. 6. Over all good stay and definitely suggested all the above comments to the homestay ppl 7. Once you checkin they will get the full amount its their policy.

told them to block a room, and when enquired a week later, casually replying forgot to block and somebody else booked. i see all their room bookings were open. maybe because they initially committed to a lower price and saw a surge in demand. not a good way to do business. lucky did not ask them on the day of travel

House and location are very good. Little far from city, but it gives peaceful stay
