Hotel Mayuri Grand

When checking in, the owner will speak politely, but he is actually a very arrogant person. People, especially those from outside Andhra, should avoid staying at this hotel.

Room is nice but water in bathroom is not good. Water is brown in colour and has foul smell. Service can be improved. But is is risky to stay in a room where we can't even wash our face without thinking about allergies.

It's good for the public access places with affordable price

Staff behaviour is worst Hotel location is very good just 2 min away from Kakinada bus stand. Room also okay but lift is in very dangerous condition, it's completely shaky. Staff calling unnecessarily for amount which I already paid for the same. Even at night calling to land line and asking for payment. MAINLY THIS IS NOT HOTEL FOR ANY BUSINESS PEOPLE OR FAMILIES

Located nearby to kakinada bus stand..and 3-4 km from railway station Maintenance Is not upto mark.. Don't recommend this hotel for families and any people visiting on business trips.. Bathrooms are not maintained neatly.. aC's are not in working condition.. Staff are ok...they're re not bad and Even not even good..

They will not give bedsheets in time, till that we need to be adjust with used bedsheets that is very horrible suituvation for me.we need to call 3 or 4 times if we want anything so no proper response from management
