Hotel Sobhana

Scope for improvement in the Reception area and surroundings like, lift, corridors, toilet etc. Stayed in Suite, room was big but not maintained properly. No doormat at Bathroom. No restaurant in this hotel, we have to get food from outside. I feel entire Gudivada town lacks good Hotel to stay.

Ok.. service is good, but bad experience due to heavy noise of vehicles. Carry mosquito repellent creams with you else you can't sleep your night.

Dirty old rooms, dirty bedsheets with stains , no warm water, solar ON in night as per receptionist(story teller), mosquitoes, only new AC, if you have bad fate you will land in this hotel.

Not much better & hot water is not working, noice into the room , cleaning is going

Overall, I enjoyed my two-day stay at your hotel. The ambiance was pleasant, and the rooms were comfortable. However, there were a few areas for improvement. Staff Training: The staff could benefit from additional training on providing warm and courteous greetings to guests. Communication: In the case of the TV issue [which i faced], while technical faults can occur, it would be helpful for staff to promptly inform guests of the problem and apologize for the inconvenience instead of giving irrelevent reason.

Only on first day they give 500 ml water bottle. If you stay some more days you have to purchase water. Towels are not provided. Soap and shampoo ok. Needs improvement to be labelled as 3 star hotel.

The worst place to stay, sincere advice is to avoid staying in this place. The receptionists arent courteous, the bedsheets are beyond being dirty and so are the bathrooms and in the end it's a F up place to stay at..

Very bad maintenance, bathroom window broken, management not bothered to repair the same. Not suitable for families. TV not working and staff not responding. Blankets, pillows and towels are very old and dirty.
