My mom and I had a wonderful stay at Signature Hotels! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with such warmth and care, making us feel truly at home. Their hospitality is exceptional -- they genuinely prioritize guest comfort over everything else. The hotel maintains top-notch cleanliness, with every corner spotless and well-kept. The food was delicious, especially the complimentary breakfast, which had a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. What stood out the most was their considerate approach to check-in and check-out timings, showing flexibility based on our needs without making us feel like just another booking. As two women traveling, we felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. And it's 10 mins ride from the airport. Signature Hotels is a perfect blend of great service, cleanliness, and care. Highly recommended, and would definitely choose to stay here again!

I was travelling with friends and family. I had booked three rooms. Before I checked in I had called them twice to ensure that the rooms are kept clean and ready as we were driving by road from Bangalore and supposed to arrive late. When we checked in , the surprise was in the form of hair strands on bed. Bedsheets and pillows were not clean. For extra bed they didn't provide blanket. The restaurant was full of thugs who know nothing about hospitality. Upon asking for something , they reply "udhar hai" without even checking if that item needs refill or not. The restaurant waiters even had the audacity to sound rude towards another guest when asked about delay in service. This hotel must be avoided if you want peaceful stay.

Stayed in the hotel 2nd time. Very good ambience. Clean decent size rooms. Clean washroom. Very good tasty, breakfast and with enough options. Staff is helpful and very polite. Safe for female solo travellers. Close from Airport. Five stars to them

Cleanliness is zero. There are dining sheets spread on table which were used by previous customers. So we had changed two tables only to notice it's like that everywhere. We had asked them to change the sheets and they were not happy with it. Same with cutlery as well. It's a huge let down for us to eat at such a place where there isn't at least minimum cleanliness practices followed. We ordered Veg Manchuria, chilli Mushroom, paneer kulcha, kadai veg, veg biryani and tomato rice. Except veg Manchurian everything else is a disaster. Tomato rice is soo sticky like sambar rice, never expected or experienced that tomato rice is made of sticky rice. Overal it's a worst experience. For those exorbitant prices they should have staff trained in hotel management rather than bringing unprofessionals who doesn't even know how to clean the tables.

Why stay here, a good hotel with clean rooms and bathrooms, safe underground car park, great staff from the security, reception team, house keeping floor staff, restaurant f&b guys from all the shifts ( I had seen 1 person in particular in all three shifts in a day). Great place, convince for airport transit and also while traveling from Vishakapatnam to any where south by road. Food wise, they make some good Dum Chicken Briyani, Payasam. One suggestions, the morning buffet lack a protein source apart from eggs.

Excellent location just 2 km appox from the airport , rooms are neet and hygienic. Room service is prompt . Very well maintained property. Good food at dinner. Buffet breakfast had most of the breakfast items. Very keenly served , very very cooperative staff at its Merigold restaurant at first floor of the hotel. Ample parking space. Negative point is that It's a no smoking hotel ( for smokers). No balcony with rooms. check out time is 10:30hrs instead of 12:00 hrs. All staff from bell boys to reception desk were well groomed and very fluent with English language ,so it was convenient to communicate.

The staffs are good specially the front desk Prasad. He is very helpful and kind. We had a good stay.
