Riviera Beach Resort

I recently visited this resort with my family, and we had a fantastic experience. The property is well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The resort itself is beautifully designed, with lush greenery and a serene ambiance. One of the standout features is their semi-private beach, which provides a peaceful and less crowded experience compared to public beaches. It was a joy to take leisurely walks along the shore and enjoy the breathtaking sunset views. The food was another highlight of our stay. The quality, variety, and taste were absolutely top-notch. Every meal we had was delicious, and the restaurant staff was attentive and courteous. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the flavors were well-balanced, and the ingredients tasted fresh. The overall experience was worth every penny. The resort offers a great combination of luxury and tranquility, making it an ideal destination for families looking to unwind and create wonderful memories. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be returning in the future!

I recently stayed at this property and found the overall experience to be quite underwhelming. While the rooms themselves are decent and fairly comfortable, there are several shortcomings that significantly impacted the quality of my stay. One of the major drawbacks was the lack of basic amenities -- notably, there was no fridge provided in the room, which is quite inconvenient, especially for longer stays or in warm weather. The housekeeping services were extremely disappointing. Despite calling multiple times and requesting room cleaning, no one ever showed up. This level of neglect is unacceptable and shows poor service management. What's surprising is that this place has received relatively good ratings, but I believe that's primarily because the nearby resorts are even worse in terms of service and facilities. So in comparison, this one might seem better, but that doesn't make it a great option. For the price range they are charging, the value just isn't there. The lack of amenities, poor service, and inattentiveness to guest needs do not justify the cost. I would suggest exploring other options or setting expectations accordingly if you choose to stay here.

Everything was excellent except that it took more than an hour for air conditioner to cool the room, the tiles of bathroom are very smooth due to which we slipped number of times. The placement of ceiling fan was odd, it should had been placed right above the bed. Even the digital lock system is cumbersome and not user friendly. During water games playing songs would be excellent addition.Food was great, room service was excellent, the staff was very helpfull.Entire resort was very clean and tidy, swimming pool was excellent, very good ambience, sports room is sufficiently equipped.

Nothing but less than awesome. Everything is so well managed and top notch. Be it rooms, sea view from the room, room service, restaurant. We had an amazing time..thanks to the entire staff. The food is super duper tasty. The service is super quick. Rooms are well maintained. The rain dance activity is super enjoyable for kids as well as adults and the pool is also well maintained. Couldnt have asked for more. Would definitely visit again!

I stayed here for 3 days and my observations are below: Booking: Booking is very smooth However, we have to book this resort in advance as there is heavy rush on the weekends. Rooms: Rooms are good. Except for the fact that the water pressure in the bathrooms of the beach view rooms is low. The management have to think about installing a pressure pump to get sufficient water pressure. One of the rooms in which I first checked in had AC with very less cooling and I spent one whole day with it. When I complained about it, I was lucky that the next day, another room was vacant and they shifted me there which had AC in good working condition Restaurant: Below Average. I am saying this because the menu if first of all is limited and they have Chinese and pulkas on the menu and when we try to order, they give a response mentioning that the chef is on leave and not sure when he will return which leaves us with very very limited menu :( Service: Room Service is very bad. They don't even prepare tea/coffee apart from their mentioned breakfast and evening snacks timings. They will respond rudely that it will be available only during that timings. Final Verdict: The Resort has very good ambiance, beach view, good clean swimming pool, rain dance facility in the evenings, etc., Only negative side of it is the food which I am rating it as below average.

Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are good room service is also good. Very near to beach. Food is good. But when you compare with resorts they will offer buffet lunch and dinner for free with the room booking. But here we only get breakfast as complimentary. They are charging good amount more than 5.5k per room in average. So at least lunch or dinner buffet should be complimentary along with breakfast. Over all it's good to stay with Family.

The resort location is very good within walkable distance from sea. The room was very clean. Food was delicious. Breakfast buffet has many varieties. Mr. Bhim Naidu was very helpful with food arrangements. Recommend the place for a relaxing gateway.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Riviera. Rooms are well maintained, food was good and very reasonable, every single staff provided a great service. I just have 2 feedbacks to the management 1- Please be strict about the swimming pool rules. None seemed to follow and there were people with all sorts of cotton clothes inside the pool. Nobody took shower before entering the pool as a result the pool seemed dirty 2- In summers, please arrange breakfast indoors. It was a horrible experience to eat in the open Revu Restaurant under scorching sun. However, I'll still give it a 5 star for the wonderful staff who helped me have a great experience
