Room was not cleaned and given to guest. Every bathroom water experiencing Electric shock.When asked the management say's, we informed the electritian and House keeping they will come. They never show up. Very disappointed maintenance.

Bed Sheets were stained. Looked not washed nor changed from previous occupancy. Bathroom flooded during a shower, drainage clogged. Room was large but only 2 ceiling lights. Insufficient lighting. Window curtain railing broken therefore room too bright in morning unable to get good sleep. First day 3 room cleaners. Next day 6 room cleaners. Too many crowding room with insufficient work for them, therefore standing around. Third day, just before our checkout, room cleaners persisted demanding to clean room whilst we were packing. Told them no need. Felt harassed by room cleaners. Overall, we had a pleasant stay by overlooking the shortfalls and understanding this is a small town and this is one of the best hotels in Kuppam. Will stay here again.

Room tariffs are very expensive and service is zero. There is no TV and hot water facility. Unless you ask they will not switch on the geyser that too 1 ltr instant geyser. As there is no proper house keeping room looks dirty and I didn't feel eating inside the room and skipped complimentary breakfast. In simple words it is wasre of money staying here.

No proper response,it is earthing in the washroom, instead of giving solution they are giving suggestions to fill the water after that you bath.what a irresponsible behaviour,booked one room alloted another room by saying the booked room is in repair.

I regret to say that my experience was marred by the rude behavior of some housekeeping staff. While we enter the room is not clean.celling light not working properly. They don't have any option in breakfast same (idli)repetitive everyday day.

Good hotel with restaurant for a place like Kuppam. No complimentaries
