Satyadeva Residency

I recently attended my cousin's wedding at this hotel and stayed for a couple of days in a Deluxe room. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. In particular, Mr. Srinivas (who manages the hotel and sits at the reception) was unprofessional, arrogant and uncooperative--his attitude was disrespectful and he lacked basic customer service etiquette. He seemed unwilling to assist with even simple requests, giving the impression that guests are at his mercy. The overall service was pathetic. Room cleaning, water bottle provision and other basic amenities were not handled proactively. Many of the AC units in the rooms were malfunctioning, remote controls didn't work, and there appeared to be no smoking restrictions in place. It's disheartening to see such poor service standards, hotel seems to be leveraging its proximity to the temple to overcharge the customers and underdeliver.

Recently I stayed here for 2 nights for a marriage function. It was a very bad experience for all of us. Very reckless and rude behaviour by the owner. His name is Srinivas. No one helps you when you arrive the hotel. No one will come to you even if you have a huge luggage. No room service. Intercom does not work. Bathrooms are not maintained. There are other hotels near by which are very good. No food option as kitchen is not there. No helper will be found there. Even for deluxe rooms, they are not giving a water bottle. Not visiting again.

I took standard room, rooms are neat and clean. Intercom doesn't work. Room service is bit disappointing as they have only one person serving and one has to go down to notify the helpdesk about your requirement. There is no food available in this hotel however there is a Tea Points outlet nearby and a small breakfast hotel available at a walkable distance, since our stay was just for a night hence we were totally ok. Ac works well no issues at all.

Dirty, damp smell and not maintained. Absurd tarrif charges for the given standard and quality. Room service is nonsense and manager was grumpy.

Worst customer service..They charge exorbitant prices and don't even provide water bottle..Rooms are not great..Bed sheets are not clean.Above all they don't know how to behave with customers..

Worst experience,they are bugs in bed....Washroom bolt does not fit,and not tidy,and they charged for an extra day for early check in,wen reached hotel at morning 5:00am.wen called on day before he said 2500,after reaching hotel they said they will charge for 2 days ...Even though rooms were empty they acted as if busy.....!!!
