worst Receptionist service. room just book karne k baad pata chala Asam band he we have to cancel and leave the room not even took 20min they haven't refund the money back even requested to deduct some percent and refund it. Never book online or offline without confirmation they will never refund you back and the way they treat is worst. 08.09.2024

Doesn't deserve even a Star for my stay. One of the worst Service I've experienced so far . Rooms are okay but the receptionist attitude dragged me down. Changed my hotel after staying for couple of hours. Message to the owner: Sir, please change your hotel receptionist they don't know how to treat guests and they don't follow basic hotel management etiquette.

As options for hotels in Itanagar is less. This hotel is better among others. Infrastructure is poor. They have non operative lift. Taps are not proper irrespective of rooms. Very few staff so room service or other stuff shouldn't be expected.

A good hotel in the G sector of Nagarlagun, with around 20 rooms. The hotel is maintained well but in some rooms little more maintenance would make the visit more enjoyable. There is a small restaurant which mainly gives the complimentary breakfast. There are some quirky rules with complimentary breakfast. It is linked menu item which should not exceed Rs.150, anything extra is billed. Some of the usual sides like Achaar or curds do not come with parathas or even the butter or Makhan which does not come with Aloo paranthas. Other items are expensive, possibly to prevent you to order. The complimentary bottle of mineral water, glasses etc and even remote for set top box come only after ordering the reception.

Poor! Extremely poor. There are some hotels which don't accept online bookings even though their hotels are listed on hotel booking platforms. They don't bother to get their hotel removed from sites like MMT Or OYO. They simply deny your checkin. After all the customer becomes the sufferer and the experience becomes pathetic!

Among all the hotels I have stayed till now, this hotel is the worst nightmare of my life. Toilet commode is pathetically stained and dirty, toilet door cannot be closed, brush holder is all rusted and hold trash, room walls and cupboards are marked with strains and it stinks.

I made online arrangements for 3000 rent room. But on arrival I was given a 1000 room. After talking with I was shifted to 2000 room. TV not working. AC is fixed at 18 degree.. And top of that food quality is poor. I suggest not to come to this hotel..

Decent room, Clean and Tidy. Spacious bed enough for one person to sleep comfortably.|Helpful and cordial staff.|Good food ordered Paneer Makhanwala, and Roti.|However, Tandoor was not available.|One of the best option to choose from.
