The Nature Residency - A Riverside Resort in Leh

A nice place to relax and just calm down your nerves. The rooms were clean so were the bathrooms. Stayed for a day. Breakfast by the water felt so good. The food is good too. It's a 12 mins drive from the main Mall Road. The staff is nice and very helpful with a smile.

The location of the resort was excellent. It had scenic and awesome views outside the room. They also had a separate area facing the riverside. The food too was fantastic. The hotel staff was kind and friendly to us. Overall, we had a Great experience staying in this resort.

So sad to be going home! Had the best holiday at this fantastic hotel. That feeling and experience is not something you can put a price on. The surroundings are beautiful but what truly makes it special is the amazing staff, never ever have we met such high quality of customer service. From the very beginning to the very end, all that mattered to them was that we had the best stay ever. And then there's the accommodations, the room are to be a high standard and spacious, clean, bright and just all in all very high quality all around. You also need to book breakfast here as it has lots of choice and very fresh. We will not be hesitating to come back again! If you are looking to stay.... do it! You will not be disappointed.

My experience with this hotel was an absolute disaster. First of all, they advertise this hotel as a riverside view hotel. That's a total lie. They have stopped the water there and made a canal and the water is disgusting. We found spider webs and broken wood tiles in our rooms with exposed nails. We paid a lot for these rooms and they were awful.

When I visited this property in May 2024, renovation work is going on. Because of it they're understaffed & the cleaning of the hotel is a mess. I've experienced first time in my life that they provided bedroom amenities like tea coffee in a steel bowl instead of sachets Also when we checked in the rooms are not properly cleaned & table top is covered with dust. Their kitchen team is just awesome 5 stars for kitchen and fnb service, whatever we asked in food they provided without any complications they also fulfilled the special requests as well. Lake view is also pretty good in may their is not much water in lake but when it's full it will look amazing Overall good property little far from main leh market. They should consider renovation work to be done asap while it's being completed don't take reservations please, don't spoil your property rating just because of some temporary work.

This location is a beautiful and peaceful retreat, offering a serene and tranquil environment. It's an ideal place for those seeking relaxation and escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. However, it is situated a bit away from the main Leh market, making it less convenient for frequent trips to town for shopping or dining.

River view room was exactly as shown in the picture - Superb, Clean and Spacious. River tributary isn't pristine clean liked main Indus river but still offers calming views with snow capped mountains in background. Would definitely want to come back again. Quite big property sometimes staff is hard to find physically but the service is very courteous and prompt. They helped us book the cab to airport. Very close to airport it is surprisingly.. though a lil away from Central Leh market area. Dinner buffet was amazing. Breakfast was also decent.
