Hotel Palam Hills

Just completed my trip to Leh, Ladakh This hotel was good. I'll stay there when i return. Rooms are nice, clean. However, the heaters are available in some rooms The staffs were nice and helpful. I like the way they care about customers and bring the hot bag to our room. Palam Hills has a large yard with so beautiful tree Breakfast was fine

I had a wonderful stay at Palam hills. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home from check in to check out. The services were excellent, food was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding hospitality and top-notch service.

Hotel La-Od serves the purpose for group of friends looking for a reasonable budget hotel with cleanliness and close to Leh market. Although it was not so close either but then it is refreshing to walk through the area from hotel to leh and definitely walkable. But important to know is that while going it is downhill but while coming up it could be challenging if you are tired. But NP you will get local cabs who generally charge exorbitant maybe 200Rs even for such short trip as they give reasons that we have only 6 months tourism. View from the room was quite peaceful and we were accommodating 3 friends in decent size room with extra bed available in the room having a balcony too and a corner room gave us view of both the sides of the hotel. Food was good mostly north indian food as the cook was from north only thing was not much choices available but whatever was served was good taste as well as quality. Only thing was a set back was due to short of staff cleanliness was not up to mark & had to regularly ask for cleaning the room. Overall I would say a good budget hotel with good staff to take care.

The washrooms were spotless, and I appreciated the option of rooms with stunning mountain and garden views. For those who love to read, the selection of books in the common area adds a nice touch to the overall ambiance. Overall, Hotel Palam Hills offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and scenic beauty. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Leh!

Our stay at the hotel was superb. It's conveniently located near Leh market, just a short 10-minute walk away. The staff was exceptionally polite, providing excellent hospitality throughout our four-day stay. The food was delicious, and the hotel has a beautiful garden in a peaceful location. Our time was truly memorable, and we would recommend this place.

Stayed at palam hills Leh for 6 days with my son. It's a home away from home. The hotel is very clean n well maintained. The staff is super amazing. Food is 10/10. They have a sprawling garden with beautiful flowers n fruits. Organic farming is what will make your soul happy. Leh market only 600 mts walking distance. For your anytime need there is a super store just 30 mts from the hotel. Beautiful rooms with mountain view. It's a perfect place for ladakh visit. Shall be back again.

Very nice property. It is about 800 metres from the main market. It has a big lawns where you can sit and relax and an attached coffee shop. Staff was very friendly and took care of all the needs with a smile. One of the rooms needed a hot bag and they happily provided it. We booked the room with breakfast and they served it well. Paranthas, omelette, puri bhaji all were good. There served them hot. Rooms were very spacious; however the view from the GF rooms was not great. Washrooms and other areas were sparkling clean. Highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling with families.
